Here is a sneak peek of one of the tunes from my upcoming album! I have the honor of featuring The PR Experience on this tune and so for the first time, we did a Facebook Live video during the session. Check it out below…
I had the distinct honor of participating in a 2-day marathon recording session with Melba Moore! Producer/songwriter Dennis Johnson and songwriter Zoiea Ohizep created two songs for Ms. Moore’s upcoming release, Forever Moore: It’s My Time Again and I performed the background vocals. I learned so much from her about the industry (both music and theater) and of course, studio techniques. Any time I can learn from a Tony Award winning, Grammy nominated veteran is time well spent!!
I am THRILLED to announce that FRANK McCOMB is confirmed as a guest artist on my upcoming release, QUANTUM DRIVE!
For those of you unfamiliar with his genius, check him out here: http://www.frankmccomb.info

Their music teacher, Ms. Bradley, should be commended!

A little background on Ms. Rushen:
Multi-Grammy nominated artist, Patrice Rushen, is fashioning her career after the legacy of her long-time friend and mentor, Quincy Jones. Composer…Producer…International Recording Artist…Rushen has definitely earned the respect she has been awarded by her peers in the music industry. Admired by many for her groundbreaking achievements, Rushen has amassed an impressive list of “firsts”. She was the first woman to serve as Musical Director for the 46th, 47th & 48th Annual Grammy Awards, the first woman in 43 years to serve as Head Composer/Musical Director for television’s highest honor, the Emmy Awards and the first woman Musical Director of the NAACP Image Awards, an honor she held for 12 consecutive years.
